1. Booking & Services
By completing a booking through PRO Tennis, you agree to the conditions outlined here. We strive to fulfill all requested turnaround times, but these are estimates and may vary during peak periods (e.g., during the Australian Open).
2. Payments & Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices for strings and labor may change without prior notice. The final price calculated at checkout is accurate based on your string choices, but subject to review if BYO string is requested without providing the string.
3. Liability Options
While we take extreme care with all equipment, racquets can ocassionally break during the stringing process due to pre-existing micro-fractures in the frame, especially in older or heavily used racquets. We are not liable for racquets that fail under standard stringing pressures. If damage occurs, we will immediately return your racquet unstrung.
4. Uncollected Items
Racquets not collected within 90 days of the 'Ready for Pickup' notification may be disposed of, donated, or sold to cover the cost of materials and labor.
