Shipping & Drop-off
1. Local Drop-off
Local drop-offs are available at designated points in Melbourne. Please ensure your racquet is clearly labeled with your name and booking reference number when dropping it off.
2. Mail-in Service
If you select our mail-in service, it is your responsibility to securely pack the racquet in a suitable cardboard box to prevent damage during transit to our premises. We are not liable for racquets damaged in transit before they reach us.
3. Return Shipping
Return shipping is handled via Australia Post using tracked delivery. The $12 return shipping fee covers the cost of protective packaging and standard transit. A tracking number will be provided once your freshly strung racquet has been dispatched.
