Refunds & Cancellations
1. Cancellations
You may cancel your booking without penalty any time before you have dropped off or mailed in your racquet. Once your racquet has been received and stringing has commenced, cancellations are no longer possible as the string will have already been cut.
2. Refunds on Services
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if the service provided was performed with a lack of acceptable care and skill. However, because string feel is highly subjective, we do not offer refunds simply for a change of mind regarding string choice or tension after the racquet has been strung.
3. Premature Breakages
Strings break naturally through play. We string using tour-grade machines for maximum consistency, but we cannot guarantee the longevity of strings since durability depends on play style, mishits (shanks), and string gauge. If an issue occurs immediately upon pickup that indicates a stringing defect, please contact us immediately.
